Vision Statement

VISION STATEMENT

When we look around the neighborhood, we see a community that is ripe for the harvest:

  • our neighborhood encompasses many ethnic groups,

and many sub-groups within language groupings;

  • some of our neighbors have been here for generations,

while others have just moved in;

·         some are very well-off, but most are urban dwellers who strive to make ends meet;

·

  • most lead very busy, even over-committed lives;
  • some have that “gritty,” plain-speaking Hudson County tough exterior

that masks their deeply compassionate hearts;

  • many are young strivers, new homeowners (or renters),

hoping to set down roots with their families;

many of whom are hurting, and

  • hungry for the Good News of Jesus Christ and His salvation.
